2012 - Unit-3,
Doraha, Punjab was introduces as integrated solution to cater one stop solution for forging needs.
2020 - Unit-4,
Jai Auto Sitarganj, Utarakhand (For Automotive components)

Brand name ‘Terrasoli’ was introduced for Agricultural Equipments.
2023
Brand name ‘Soiltech’ was acquired for Agricultural Equipments.
